Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed through the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Order Issues
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
